Part II—quantitative project management—includes drawing critical path network diagrams, analysis of critical path networks, precedence networks, PERT and its probability concept, time-cost optimization, tracing critical path using linear programming techniques, contractual claims with the use of critical path method, resource histograms and resource allocation exercises, and an introduction to computer packages for quantitative construction project management.
